Luna Tractor was started by partners James Pierce and Nigel Dalton to bring to the table more diverse ways of solving problems – mixing science and humanities to ask what, how and why. With lots of emphasis on the why. With a passion for technology, business, the web, Lean & Agile, marketing, space, engineering, cycling, music, travel and life in Melbourne Australia – Luna Tractor also enjoys a global network of opinionated friends with the experience, IQs and sensibilities to chip in on the really thorny issues.
Luna Tractor was started as a way for us to spend time focused on empowering and teaching others better ways to create, collaborate and innovate. Our primary tool is adapting Systems Thinking, Agile and Lean methodologies to all aspects of business. We aim to challenge the status quo and continue to being obsessed with learning and experimenting.
We help people though executive coaching around Lean and Agile ways of becoming remarkable (to quote Seth Godin), coaching and transforming the way teams in bigger companies work, as well as helping startups work more effectively and reduce their risk. We also spend our time writing our Luna Tractor blog, speaking at conferences and teaching short intensive sessions.
